The boring bit!!
The ideas, perceptions, suggestions and information on our website and in our booklets and leaflets have been compiled from knowledge, experience and research. Each colour and crystal has been used many times to test their healing properties but please be aware that we are all different and what works for one person may not be the right thing for you.
Colour Power crystals and jewellery are for easing symptoms and helping you to heal yourself. They are not meant to be used as a substitute for medical attention but complimentary to it. If you have any doubts it is always best to consult a qualified holistic practitioner or your doctor.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours or less of receiving cleared payment. If there is a delay with your item we will let you know via email. We will also notify you of dispatch so you have some idea of when it will arrive. Usually your order will take between 3-5 days within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. Please be aware that they can take up to 15 days in the UK and 28 days to reach international destinations. If you are at all concerned about your order please do mail us and if appropriate we can give you the tracking number for your order. Do also check at your local depot as cards are not always left!
Postage, Packing & Shipping
The postage and packaging costs are worked out on
the monetary value of your order as follows;
Postage UK
Up to £7.50 - £1.50 normal first class
£7.50 to £25.00 - £2.95 first class recorded delivery
£25 to £50 - £4.95 first class recorded delivery
£50 to £99 - £ 8.50 special next day delivery
Over £100 - Free
Postage International Europe
Up to £7.50 - £1.75 airmail small packets
£ 7.50 to £25.00 - £ 6.50 priority international signed for
£25 to £50 - £7.50 priority international signed for
£50 to £100 - £9.50 priority international signed for
Over £100 - £12.00 priority international signed for
Postage International Rest of the World
Up to £7.50 - £2.00 airmail small packets
£ 7.50 to £25.00 - £7.50 priority international signed for
£25 to £50 - £9.50 priority international signed for
£50 to £100 - £10.50 priority international signed for
Over £100 - £15.00 priority international signed for
If you order very light items and we find the postage cost was much less then you had been charged, we will refund part of your postage costs to you.
We always obtain a proof of posting so if your order is lost or damaged in the post we will put in a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. They are not always very quick to process these but we will keep you informed at all times. They do not consider a package lost until after 15 working days in the UK and 28 working days internationally so any claim cannot be started before these timescales.
We post every day, Monday to Friday and during busy periods such as Christmas we post Saturday as well.
We reserve the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it necessary or more appropriate. (Strikes for example)
Payment methods accepted
Paypal a fast secure way to make online card payments. You do not need to be registered with Paypal to use them. All your personal details will be kept safe and protected.
Cheques We accept UK personal cheques. Cheques over £10.00 will have to clear before dispatch. Please make cheques payable to Hilary Ottaway and post to our registered address Colour Power, Hilary Ottaway, 59 Towan Avenue, Fishermead Milton Keynes Bucks MK6 2DU. International buyers please note that we do not accept cheques or money orders in any currency other than GB Pounds Sterling (£)
Postal Orders if paying by postal order please note it is advisable to have them crossed. Sending by recorded delivery will ensure you know we have received it.
Returns
If you are not happy for any reason please email me within 7 days and I will do my very best to sort out any queries you have. If you wish to return your purchase, please make sure it is in the condition it arrived in and send with your details for a refund. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable and returns must be made within 14 days. Please return items by recorded delivery so you can be sure we have received them. Crystals are precious pieces of our earth and we would like to know that they got to their new home safely so if you would like to mail us when they have arrived and give us any feedback please do, it would be very much appreciated.
