2.5 to 3 cm approx
1 large spiral necklace with a rough green Calcite
The spiral is 4 cm approx
The necklace is made with thin leather cord with a small wooden bead at the back
so you can pull the cord through to shorten it if you wish.
It goes over the head and hangs naturally around the solar plexus chakra area
